A place puts a note in one area, project or subproject; a note has any number. Add and remove them on the note (POST/DELETE /notes/{id}/places); this resource resolves the id a note.place_added event carries.

Resolve the id of a note.place_added event to its note and container. A removed place is not_found: for note.place_removed, re-read the note’s placeIds.
