Export the whole account

The same JSON document the apps put in their export ZIP (inittasks-export-v1): every to-do, container, heading, note, capture, tag, attachment, filter and the settings, decrypted. It is the document only: each stored file is listed in files with path: null, and its bytes come from GET /attachments/{id}/file or GET /inbox/{id}/file.
