Notes v3. A link joins one note and one to-do. Make and break them on the note (POST/DELETE /notes/{id}/links); this resource resolves the id a note.linked event carries.

Resolve the id of a note.linked event to its note and to-do. A deleted link is not_found: for note.unlinked, re-read the note’s links.
