HTTP 429. Rate limited.

When you see it

A rate bucket is exhausted.

What to do

Wait Retry-After seconds. Watch RateLimit-Remaining on every response and slow down before you are cut off. The limits are at /rate-limits.

What this code adds

Beyond the fields every problem body carries, rate_limited sets:
