A place puts a note in one area, project or subproject; a note has any number. Add and remove them on the note (`POST`/`DELETE /notes/{id}/places`); this resource resolves the id a `note.place_added` event carries.

## GET /v1/note-places/{id}

One place

Resolve the `id` of a `note.place_added` event to its note and container. A removed place is `not_found`: for `note.place_removed`, re-read the note’s `placeIds`.
