Notes v3. A link joins one note and one to-do. Make and break them on the note (`POST`/`DELETE /notes/{id}/links`); this resource resolves the id a `note.linked` event carries.

## GET /v1/note-links/{id}

One link

Resolve the `id` of a `note.linked` event to its note and to-do. A deleted link is `not_found`: for `note.unlinked`, re-read the note’s `links`.
