The whole account as one JSON document, the format the apps export.

## GET /v1/export

Export the whole account

The same JSON document the apps put in their export ZIP (`inittasks-export-v1`): every to-do, container, heading, note, capture, tag, attachment, filter and the settings, decrypted. It is the document only: each stored file is listed in `files` with `path: null`, and its bytes come from `GET /attachments/{id}/file` or `GET /inbox/{id}/file`.
